This page explains what data gdpark.blog collects from visitors, how it’s used, and what choices you have. Plain-English version first, formal attestation second.

Plain English

  • I (gdpark) run this site. The content is original notes I’ve written studying physics, finance, and AI.
  • I want to know how the site is doing — how many people read each post, what they’re interested in. So I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual visitor profiles. It just counts page views.
  • If I run advertising (Google AdSense), Google may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out at https://adssettings.google.com.
  • I don’t sell your data. I don’t have a database of visitors. I don’t know who you are.

Formal

Data collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics

  • Aggregated page-view counts and visit counts.
  • Device type, browser, operating system, country (anonymized).
  • Referring URL.
  • No cookies. No persistent identifiers. No individual user tracking. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics privacy policy.

Data collected by Google AdSense (if enabled)

  • This site uses Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-6209632576139081). AdSense and its third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Opt out of personalized advertising: visit Google’s Ad Settings.
